Girls and science: a training module on motivating girls to embark on science and technology careers: SCIENCE (3.01b) :
With women accounting for more than 50% of the world population, achieving gender parity is an issue of global concern. thanks. Perhaps I can use it in my course this fall.
This girl is crap at science. And I really don’t think it has anything to do with how girls & boys learn differently as I went to an all girls’ school where my physics teacher said,
“Miss Clevergirl are you planning on taking the grade 13 credit in physics?!”
“Um, no sir.”
“Oh good.”
I’m good at that special science that Jeremy says I can do that I think isn’t actually science at all, but apparently it IS. Yes, I’m good at that.
